- Purchase intent — your email address if you express interest in a paid plan before payment is activated.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically via our hosting provider.
When We Collect Information
We gather data when you:
- Create an account on our platform.
- Post a job listing or express interest in a paid plan.
- Subscribe to job alerts or our newsletter.
- Browse or search for jobs on the platform.
- Contact us via email or a support form.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:
- Provide and improve the job board service.
- Deliver job alert emails you have opted into.
- Follow up on paid plan enquiries.
- Analyse platform usage to improve features (aggregated and anonymous).
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
How We Protect Your Information
- Encryption in transit — all data is transmitted over HTTPS using TLS.
- Access controls — database access is restricted using Row Level Security. Users can only access their own data.
- Trusted infrastructure — we use Supabase (EU region) for database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting — both with SOC 2 compliance.
- No financial data stored — we do not store payment card details on our systems. Payments are processed by Stripe when enabled.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for session authentication — specifically the cookies set by Supabase Auth to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from staying logged in.
Third-Party Services
We share data only with the following trusted sub-processors, each contractually bound to protect your data:
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU region).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — website hosting and CDN.
Links on our platform may point to third-party websites (e.g. employer career pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, we process your data under the following legal bases:
- Contract — to deliver the services you requested (account, job alerts, listings).
- Legitimate interest — to improve the platform and prevent abuse.
- Consent — for marketing emails. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated data.

Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Job listings are retained for the duration of the listing period. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Dubai Jobs Pro is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware of such a collection we will delete it immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. For significant changes we will notify registered users by email.
