The Service

Dubai Jobs Pro is an online job board connecting tech professionals — primarily from Europe — with employers hiring in Dubai, UAE. We provide a platform for listing and discovering roles. We are not a recruitment agency and are not a party to any employment contract between a candidate and an employer. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

Employer Responsibilities

• Job listings must be accurate, current, and for genuine open vacancies.
• You must have the legal right to post the role and to process applications received through it.
• Listings must not be discriminatory, misleading, or in violation of UAE or applicable local law.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion without refund if it violates these terms.
• Paid featured listings are non-refundable once published, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Candidate Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any profile information or applications you submit.
• You must not use the platform to scrape data, submit spam, or engage in any abusive or fraudulent behaviour.
• You must not attempt to access other users' accounts or any part of the system you are not authorised to access.

Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds. Prices are displayed in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your country of residence.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on Dubai Jobs Pro is owned by Dubai Jobs Pro or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from the platform without written permission.
• Use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
• Scrape, copy, or create derivative works from our job listings or database.

Third-Party Links

Job listings on our platform link to external employer websites and application portals. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party website. The platform is provided "as is". We make no warranty that job listings are accurate, complete, or current, or that the platform will be available without interruption. We are not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from reliance on listings, content, or salary data on this site. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
